Computer Won't Boot Up

I have been plagued by this problem before. I turn on my pc (Windows XP
running Media Center Edition) and it hangs on the Welcome to Microsoft XP
screen. The only way to get into my computer is through safe mode. I don't
know why this keeps happening - in the past I have wound up having to
reinstall windows, which is a real pain. System restore does not seem to
solve the problem either.

If boot is only successful via safe mode - a driver is at fault. Check Help
and Support regarding checking he bootlog.txt file for indication at what
point boot failed.
