Computer wont boot up/screen freezes

Any one any ideas on how to restore when I can't acess windows after
"attempting to install Zoom X5" Please.Thanks Dawn E
 
Press f8 during restart to access the menu, and Safe Mode with Command
prompt. Run the command that starts system restore.

%systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
