Computer will not start

After trying to install a game on my laptop, it has
stopped responding. It just continously restarts. It will
not even start in safe mode. I even tried to repair the
OS, but it does not even find my OS to repair. A blue
error screen appears, but it flashes up so quickly I can't
read the error. Any way to stop that message long enough
to read it so I can isolate the problem? Any other
suggestions?
