Computer will not boot up anymore after XP SP2.

Loaded XP SP 2 and now my computer will not boot up at all. It worked just
fine before I installed update. Help!! Any ideas??

Any error messages?
How about Safe mode?

The error message I get is
"Stop: c0000135 {unable to locate componet}
This application has failed to start because winsrv was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

I can't even start in safe mode. All this from loading SP2! HELP!!
