Look for any program that may be set to update or run a schedule.. maybe
something like an AV program running a scan or update, or a defrag program
running..
In a lot of BIOS-ses it is possible to wake-up your computer by "Wake-up
on timer" It is even possible to "wake -up on ring" (by telephone and
"Wake-up on LAN" (network activity)
So check your B?IOS settings. The manual of your laptop, deesk or
motherboard will show you how.
Oh yeah, I think it is McAfee. I have changed the autoupdate to weekly
instead of daily so we'll see what happens tomorrow morning..
Cheers.
