Can anybody help me...

My PC sometimes turns off, without any notice or messages.
Is it the motherboard, BIOS, CPU, or Power Supply??

Yes, unless it is memory, software, or mischevious children. :-(

Only wild speculation can answer your question without basic
information. Suspects start with power button switch,
motherboard power supply controller, and power supply.
Procedure to isolate reason for failure, in minutes, is
detailed in a previous discussion entitled "Computer doesn't
start at all" in alt.comp.hardware on 10 Jan 2004 or
http://tinyurl.com/2t69q

Which operating system? If using the reliable Windows NT
based OSes (NT, 2000, XP), then application programs would not
be on a 'reasons for failure' list. Furthermore, these
reliable OSes maintain a record in the system (event) logs.
What do logs say?

Additional reasons exist. This only starts to eliminate
some most common reasons. But again, first provide facts.
Only then can we discuss solutions. How to provide those
facts starts with the previous discussion and system logs.

I suppose it turns off while working normally. In that case, it's probably
your PSU that's momentally overloaded (what's the power of the PSU? What's
your actualcofig.) and built-in hardware protection cuts off. Did you notice
at what time it happens (graphic or memory intensive application that
require power supply peak)? Check if the PSU fan(s) are rotating normally or
try to exchange the PSU for testing.
Sometimes people also report bad contacts in the power switch, but that's
easy to check. If none of the above works, I'm afraid the problem could be
the motherboard.

A complete shutoff, opposed to a lockup or reboot, is usually caused
by a hardware protection mechanism. It might be the power supply is
failing, overloaded, or merely a wire (or motherboard) is shorting out
somewhere. Voltage readings with a meter might provide clues but
you've failed to give enough detail about the system or events
surrounding this occurance.

It might instead be CPU overheating, which is also easy enough to
check... verify that the heatsink is installed properly, the CPU fan
is running. Also check the power supply fan.

Post more details.

The health monitor doesn'T indicate any CPU overheat. I think it is no
overheating at all. Sometimes the PC works for a couple of days properly,
than it shuts down every few minutes.
I got a P4 so if there would be a overheat it would cut down itself.
