Computer Shutting off unexpectedly :(

My computer keeps shutting off unexpectedly, with help
from a friend he told me to uncheck the "automatically
restart" option so that I would get a Stop error. When I
did get a stop error this is what it said:

(0xC000001D,0xF77EFE85,0xF414ABD4,0x00000000)

avgfsh.sys - address F77EFE85 Base at F77EF000
Datestamp 00000000

Anyone have any Idea what's going on here? any posts or
emails to my email address would be greatly appreciated!
