computer shuts down

while defragging, blue screen comes on and computer shuts down. How do I fix
it?

Are there any error messages on the blue screen, or a series of numbers?
With either of those, your systems problem could be narrowed down.

How much system RAM (memory) do you have? How much free space on your hard
drive? Anything running in the background? If so, close it. Try booting
in Safe Mode.
