computer restarts on it's own

Help!!! I am not really a computer Whiz but have been able to manage until
now. My computer keeps restarting!!! I have antivirus and antispyware, what
is going on and how can I fix it? Always say that the system has recovered
from a serious error. Yikes!

First make sure you have a full and complete backup. This should be the
case at all times. Right click My Computer | Properties | Advanced |
Startup and Recovery - Settings. Untic the box to Automatically restart on
System Failure. Ok out.

The next time it crashes it should give a blue screen with an error message.
