Computer Restarting

My computer keeps restarting while playing games. It never did it before. I
have not added anything to it. It just one day started doing it. I have
tried new memory, and a new video card. Neither one of them worked. If any
one has any suggestions I would appreciate it. I am out of ideas. I am
runing Windows XP home edition. 2000 athalon processor (1.6ghz), 256MB
Memory.

How about running an anti-virus program.

Try disabling automatic restart, so you can get some information from your
machine.
Start - Control Panel - System - Advanced tab - Startup and Recovery:
Settings button - System Failure: uncheck Automatically restart.
Also, it never hurts to check out your CPU temperature:
