Computer Restart During Setup

I just built a AMD Athlon XP 2900 2.2 GHz with 512MB RAM, 120GB HD, 64MB
Video Card, and a Chaintech motherboard. When I use Windows XP as a boot cd
and at the beginning of the setup (right after where it says "To Setup Hit
Enter", my computer shutsdown but the LED Power light stays on. Any ideas?

If your memory is on two cards, remove one and try again. Then switch the
cards and try again. If you only have one 512mb memory card, find someplace
to test it.

Also, check to be sure that the video card is firmly in place.
