my computer will reboot especially when watching video streams. after sending
the error report it says it is caused by a device driver but they have no
solution.

Hi

If you don't see any error messages, right click on My Computer, select
Properties and then the Advanced tab. Click on Settings under Startup and
Recovery and disable 'Automatically restart'. Next time your PC reboots,
you should see a Blue Screen. Could you please post the Stop Code that
accompanies that BSOD back here? With that your problem could be isolated.

Hi

Best to wait for the PC to reboot by itself again.

Hi again, I disabled auto restart but this time it restarted on its own, but
I got the code off of the error report.
BCCode 9c BCP1:00000000 BCP2: 8054d370 BCP3: 8433c000 BCP4: 00000136

I have one rebooting just surfing the net. No BSOD no error report just
reboots. I ran antivirus (Trend Micro) adaware and spybot. Adaware and spybot
in safe mode. Antivirus would not run safe mode. Everyone of them found some
spyware etc and cleaned them. All were considered low risk but I removed them
anyway. As soon as I finished running these and removing what they found I
went right to the Weather.com site and tried out the new interactive map
again. Wham bam reboot city. there is no blue screen no error to report,
nothing. Just click to change the transparancy setting or zoom the map and
bam reboot. I tried it several times and rebooted everytime. In fact oce it
rebooted just loading the page. See my original post Inadvertant reboot.

I use avg free and mcaffe virus scan, spywaredoctor,
adware se, and registry mech. anything they find is fixed or removed, I can
get back on and it does the samething. sometimes after it reboots I will run
everything again to make sure, nothing shows up and it may run ok but it will
shut reboot eventually. all of my error messages have something to do with a
device driver but I have updated everything I know to update.

I ran Prime 95 torture test for 7+ hours on my PC as suggested by a group
member to test memory and processor. No problems or errors were detected.
