I recently purchased Windows 2000 Professional (full
version) and have it installed on my computer. I have
installed all the correct drivers and downloaded all new
service packs. The computer constantly reboots when using
the internet. Has anyone had this problem?

Does it say anything like 'NTauthority the system will shutdown'? Or
something to that nature? Sounds like you may have the MSBlaster worm. Do a
complete system scan with your antivirus or search on google for MSblaster
worm removal tool. Do you have a firewall? Are there any errors or notices
before this system reboots? Anything in the Event Viewer?

BLASTER Virus. Get and install a firewall (either hardware or software)
and then clean the machine up from the Blaster virus. Check out Symantec.com
and Microsoft.com for patches

It looks like you have the Blaster Worm You need to use another computer to
download the tool to take it off or take your computer to a professional
technican.
