Computer Powers Off

My computer powers off unexpectedly, whether I'm
performing a task or not. Anybody else have this
problem? Is it windows based, or is it a hardware issue?
 
is there any message or warning or event when it happens? is there anything
listed in the event viewer, i.e errors?
