Computer keeps turning on

I just purchased a new Daewoo computer that is running
Windows Xp home edition. I am able to shut down the
computer properly but it always turns itself back on,
sometimes 3hrs later, sometimes 12 hrs later, etc.. Any
thoughts on what might be causing this to happen?

Craig;
Go to BIOS and look for something like "Wake on ring" or "Wake on
LAN", normally under Power tab.
Disable them.
