My computer keeps shutting itself down. Sometimes it takes an hour or so and others as short as 15 minutes. The error messeges we get have been a device driver installed on your system caused the problem. The other one we have gotten is stop: 0x0000009c (0x00000004, 0x00000000, 0xb2000000, 0x00020151). Could u please help me with this. We are running windows xp home edition with 624mb ram

Have you looked at the Device manager to see if anything
is not installed properly or has a problem. Ususally will
have a "?" in a yellow circle.

Have you updated your drivers and all your Critical
updates from MS windows update?

Is your Antivirus up to date?

There are several sites you can check for free if you
dont have AV. And there is a couple sites you can get
free AV from

Free Checks from Symantec, McAfee, TrendMicro

Free AV from Grisoft.com
