Computer keeps restarting

My computer just keeps restarting on its own every 10
minutes. I recently upgraded from Win98 to Win2000 Prof.
after I got some problems on Win98.
If there is anyone out there who can help me, please email
me on (e-mail address removed)
 
Does it happen in safe mode? If not you might have an application loading
at boot that is causing this.
