Computer in reboot loop after installation of windows xp home SP1

I just installed SP1 on an Emachine, after reboot it will get to the splash
and reboot. Tried to to boot into safemode but does same thing. Any ideas.

Hi Jon,

Load the option "safe mode with command prompt", then run the rstrui.exe
file from C:\Windows\system32\Restore to start System Restore and go back to
the day before the SP1 installation.
