Computer has everything in Welsh

I downloaded the Welsh language pack from the Microsoft website for microsoft
office 2003.
However now my start menu and contents etc are all in WELSH!
How can I change this back to English please?
I still want to keep the Welsh for WORD though.
It really is difficult to use the computer with the interface in Welsh.
Please help.

Do a system restore to the day before you installed the pack , and
then move the pack from the download location ( on the computer ) to
the Office 2003 language file then reinstall . See if that works .
 
Thanks have English as operating language.

I downloaded the welsh proofing tools but will not be absorbed into office
2003.Says I have to have microsoft office xp loaded.Is there any other way of
getting a welsh spell checker please?
