my computer spell check defaults to welsh -help please

i cannot get my word spell check to work, it seems to default to welsh . I
have followed the microsoft instructions for changing language but nothing
seems to work. I click on english uk and every comibination of default or
not, and everytime it switches back to welsh. can anyone help please or has
anyone had this problem?

Hi

You need to line up the Windows, Office and Word language settings. Get them
all using the language you want, and it will work well. For instructions,
