computer hangs or freezes

windows xp : when I right click on the mouse (if the
SEND TO: option appears), as I slide the mouse over the
option & land on the "Send to" option, my computer hangs
or freeze(will not respond). I am not selecting the
option just highlighting for 30 seconds causes this. Any
Help would be appreciated.

Each user has a "Send To" folder in their profile.
C:\Documents and Settings\'YourLoginName'. You
should use Explorer to examine the contents of your
SendTo folder. Normally, there will be shortcuts for
Compressed, Desktop, Mail, My Documents and
other destinations (Depending on your installed apps).
You can remove items from this folder (Copy it 1st),
and see if it resolves the context menu lockup.
