Computer Hangs Durning Shutdown

Just lately, my PC will hang during shutdown. Not every time, just now and
then. Any ideas on how I might cure this would be appreciated.

Have you installed any new prog's or hardware?

Denny, Al, Thanks for your help. It looks as if it could be conflicting
software that's causing the problem. I'll check it out more thoroughly.
