I have a computer running Windows 2000 that freezes - I
can't do anything. I have Office 2000 on this computer
and use Outlook. Outlook is always open when the computer
freezes. Sometimes I have an email open, sometimes no
email is open. Sometimes it happens when I click reply or
forward.

I have Norton Antivirus Corp. 9.0 on this computer and it
is up to date and has not found any viruses.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

alt-ctrl-del and check for multiple running OUTLOOK.EXE processes. Kill all
of em and then restart outlook.

Disclaimer: This was a problem/fix for me in the past when using a DSL
service and may not reflect your situation. IOW, shoot your computer, not
the messenger.... ;-)
