computer freezes

Any error messages with the freeze? Does the freeze occur with any apps. or
just surfing and games?

i have the same problem, sometimes it freezes on the windows loading screen, it just freezes at random

i did a little reading up and it may be a weak CMOS battery, its the little watch battery on your keyboard around the size of a dime, im going to replace mine and see if it helps at all

I would recommend finding some other sources if the book
told you the CMOS battery is inside your keyboard. Let
us know how that replacement turns out though!!
