Computer Freezes becomes slow

My computer freezes when I try to erase things off my desktop. When I do a
ctrl alt delete and look in the processes tab I have to end the Drwatson
process to unfreeze my computer. What can I do to fix this
 
To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type:

SFC /SCANNOW
