Computer freeze

Recently I have experienced numerous freezes on the Internet. I recently
installed SP2 which I had to unistall because after installation from WIN XP,
I could not upload some pages on some websites.
Did anybody else experience these problems?

The leading cause of freezes and system slow downs is spyware and the
leading cause of problems with SP2 is upgrading a system that is already
