Computer dial up logs itself on the internet, with nobody near by.

Any time that my computer is on it will randomly begin
dialing in to the internet on its own. I have not made any
changes, that I know of, in the last week, since its been
happening. I have check all of my setting for dial up
connection and settings in Netscape and Internet Explorer.
Any ideas?
