Computer crashed need to get e-mails

My computer has crashed that I have my e-mail account set up on. Is there a
way to retrieve the e-mails or set up the account on another computer at home
to be able to receive e-mails with the same e-mail address?

A1. Any/all EML files found on the HDD are emails.

A2. Set up the account on the other computer just like you had it set up in
the crashed one...or access the account via webmail.

The answer to both questions is yes.

You can easily set up a mail client on another system to download new mail -
you may, however, want to set it so that it leaves mail on the server for a
couple of weeks while you sort out repairs or replacement.

Retrieving mail from the old drive depends on the damage to the old drive.
If the drive is OK, you can locate the Windows Mail message store folder and
copy the entire folder to another system.
