Computer Crash during Gameplay

I consistently experience a Blue Screen with the following error

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

*** STOP: 0x000000D1 (0xD7B79F09, 0x00000002, 0x00000008, 0xD7B79F09 )


I can run my computer for hours, surfing the Internet, playing Music,
playing Movies, writing Documents, whatever. The moment I start playing a
Game (World of Warcraft) my PC will crash within a short period of time with
this error.

I have repeatedly checked my drivers for updates, and they are completely up
to date. Any tips on how to stop this from happening?

Try turning sound hardware acceleration off in DXDIAG. Start/Run/Dxdiag.
