Computer Clock- Win XP

We have serveral computers in our network that the
computer clock keeps jumping ahead in time as the
computer is used. Turned of system Restore to set clock
but still jumps ahead. Got any suggestions as to how to
fix?
 
have you people clicked on popups that want to set your
clock for you.?
