computer cannot be managed

i use advanced server 2000 as adomin controler with active
diractory and five client of 2000 pro
tring to manage the the client computer but there is
amasege (computer cannot be managed the server is not
configred for transactions ). how can i fix this broplem

any hellp with apprieciate
