Computer Bootup=won't work

Trying to bootup...it keeps giving me an error message
saying sorry windows wont load chose blah blah options
like safe mode and settings of last known time it
functioned. Ive tried EVERY option more than once and it
still wont work. When i chose an option it goes to the
windows loading screen then it restarts....

I installed centon memory in an nf7 s motherboard and it did the same thing.
I put my old memory in and it worked ok. I then got some pny memory and
everything worked ok. I know that windows will give a heavy test on memory
with a new install of os.
