Computer boots up with incoming phone call

my computer boots up when ever there is an incoming phone
call. How do I stop this?
 
what he is talking about is turn off the Wake on LAN featur

I think....
 
Wake-on-Lan is specific to the NIC. There is another option that allows
modems and/or COM devices to bring the unit out of standby or start-up.
