Computer All Messed Up :(

Here is my problem. A few days ago I tried checking an email account I had with AOL. It told me that my password is incorrect. I wondered why seeings as I never changed it. Then a couple of days later my hotmail account says my password is incorrect. I have concluded that somebody has been hacking into my computer or something and going into my emails addresses and changing my passwords. Why, I don't know. I think this because I have a slow connection as it is but my pages were loading a bit slower than usual as if it was loading something else.

So, I'm not sure how this is possible but I did a virus scan and an adware scan with no problems. I then decided to use the system restore and roll it back a couple of weeks. Well, it did that then it said something about renaming some files... looked mostly like .dll files. I tried to reinstall a windows XP SP1 but my computer was telling me something about not being able to find my volume files...then my mouse files....and a couple of other ones

I decided to undo that system restore but now I can't. My computer is now wont do certain things...like install SP1 for one...also, when I click on my clock I get a message saying "RUNDLL.EXE - ENTRY POINT NOT FOUND"...then The procedure entry point RtlIsThreadWithinLoaderCallout could not be located in the dynamic link library ntdll.dll

What is going on with my laptop!?!?! Thanks for any help in advance that anybody can give me.

Hi Jesse,
First rule when you get a virus is you shouldn't use
system restore. You should disable your system restore
when ever you get a virus. The virus usually parks
itself in the system restore, so if you use it...the
virus is alive again. (Mcafee and Norton recommends it)

It seems either the virus or the system restore corrupted
your system files. Probably the rundll or something in
the system32 folder. *Viruses like attacking those
files*

Anyways, what you should do is try reinstalling the
operating system. (It should work)

If that doesn't work, back up everything and start from
scratch. Scan everything you back up. But only reformat
if you have alot of time, and know what you're doing.
