Compressed folders

I have lost the abilty to drag and drop from compressed folders. Any ideas on
how I can get it back?

Try this. Click on Start | Run. Type in:
regsvr32 %windir%\system32\zipfldr.dll
Hit ok.

I don't know what else to offer other as a specific solution than
running the edit on Kelly's site, line 233 -- "Enable Drag and Drop".

What happens when you try to do the drag and drop? Any error messages?
Look in event viewer to see if there are any clues there.
