Component Database Manager

I am trying to load the "Class Installer - Multiport
Serial adapters" component on my build. I can find the
component in the Database Manager but not in the Target
Designer. Do I have to create a new component in the
Component designer and then import into Target Designer?
It seems like there should be an easier way. Any help
would be appreciated.

It's available in TD. The visibility of the Class Installers is 200 though.
Did you lower your visibility?
