Completly revamping web site ?????

Hi,

I am trying to completly rewrite a web site using Front Page 2000 and
may have already messed up.. I created a couple of pages and saved them
in a new folder without goung through the Front Page web wizzard.

How do I turn the pages I have created into a local "Web" and sometime
in the future publish it over the existing "Web"?

If I try to save it as a new "Web" Front Page wants to connect to the
internet site and I am afraid it might update something before I am
ready to publish the entire site.

Thanks, I can't afford to hire this done and am kinda floundering..

Think I figured it out.. May not be the right way but it seemed to
work.. I imported the folder into a blank web and it created all the
hidden folders so may be home free.

I tried repairing and even re-installing FP but was never able to get
the "Convert To Web" to come up either from within FP or Windows
Explorer. Guess I will have to live with the way it is and hope it
works when I try to publish it to the web.

Thanks

You would create folder somewhere on your HD, then you would open the folder in FP, and let FP
convert it to a web.

To create a subweb / subsite, you would create a folder in your current open FP web / site, then
right click and select convert to web / site.
