compatws.inf corrupt

Hi,

Could any one explain why I am getting the following
error when I open compatws.inf through mmc ?

Error 11: An attempt was made to load a program with an
incorrect format.
Error opening C:\WINDOWS\security\templates\compatws.inf.
----Analysis engine was initialized with one or more
errors.----

Any help is appreciated.

With what mmc are you attempting this ??
That inf should only be usable in the Security and Analysis
and in the Security Templates mmc
