does anyone know where you can get compatible background music and where you
should save it on your computer in order to be able to browse it and choose
it in your page proberties and background box?

Find a music file (Any where on your computer)
Open FrontPage and then on the menu
File | Improt
New Window
Click on "Add File"
New Window
then browse to the music file you want. (Somewhere on your computer)
Highlight it and the click "Open"
This closes that window and back to the other....
Then OK will add that file to your defined site folder.

1.. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design
2.. Right-click the page, and then click Page Properties on the shortcut
menu.
3.. On the General tab, under Background sound, locate and click the sound
file you want, and then click Open.
The music file you just imported into the site......

Important Some sound file formats, such as .mp3 files, are not
displayed in the dialog box. For these files, you must manually type the
path of the sound file in the dialog box. For example, if a file that is
named Song.mp3 is stored in a folder that is named Music, this is how the
path looks: Music/Song.mp3. If the file is located in the root, this is how
the path looks: Song.mp3
