Compatibility with PC Anywhere

I had to buy a new laptop and it has Vista on it. I need PC Anywhere on
it..like yesterday and it says there is a compatibility issue. Can anyone
help me on what to do. I need this loaded for work.

Hi Susan,

Are you trying to install a Vista-compatible version? You need 12.1:

If you are and it won't install, you should contact Symantec's support for
issues with their software.
