compatability

Hi all.
A simple but quick question.
Does anybody know any reason why a Gainward Geforce fx 6800 GT would not
work with my current motherboard Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe?Would this
configuration be compatable ?

Did you disable the standard onboard video and enable AGP support
in the ASUS BIOS?

I'm very sorry I can see why my post has caused you to reply as such.
I don't have onboard graphics chip I am currently running the Geforce
4ti4600 card and am about to order the gainward card as to upgrade my system
..I was posting here to find out if there were any problems that I might
encounter...i.e.:Any know issues with this combination as it has been
suggested to me that I should check that my motherboard would run this card.
All the same I thank you for your speedy response .

Hello

That board does not come with onboard video and it should
work, also try doing a bios update on your brd.
