I have used this printer for a few years and all of a sudden the printer
seems to have a mind of its own. When I turn off the computer the printer
stays on. When I open the printer the cartridges do not coime to the center
as they always have. I cannot print anything although the computer shows that
the printer is printing. The ports are correct, the driver is correct.
