Company Wide Style Template

Is it possible to setup a Style and share it for the entire office to use? We
have standard formatting for documents created and instead of finding
tempates and opening those up is it possible for staff to use managed styles?

In Word, styles are stored in documents and templates. What you need to do
is create a template and copy it to each user's template folder (for example
via a log-in script). Adding a shortcut to the desktop would provide an easy
way to create new documents based on the template.
