Company Icons

Many Companies now have their own Icons, where when you put a shortcut on
your Desktop for a company, that company's Icon will be used. But when I
turn off my computer, Windows changes the "Company Icon" to the blue "e" -
the Internet Explorer Icon. Is there a was I can change my settings to allow
the "Company Icons" to stay in place?

Do a search in Temporary internet files for "favicon"
Copy the icon that you need and paste it somewhere
Right click the Company shortcut > Change Icon > Choose the icon that you
copied/pasted

Asked and answered in another post. Please do not make multiple posts
