Compacting Access 2003 in runtime license only environment

I distribute Access 2003 applications to users who do not have Access
installed on their computers by utilizing the royalty-free runtime license
included with Access Developer Extensions as part of the Visual Studio Tools
for the Office System. Previously, using Access 97, users could not compact
the database unless they downloaded a free database compacter application
from MS. Question is, will these users need to find their own way to compact
the mdb file, or is this ability now included in distribution setting I've
described.

Thanks

AFAIK, they will be able to compact. As far as I remember, though, they
could compact using the Access 97 runtime as well.
