Compact framework requirements

I can't seem to find an asnwer to this question:

Does the HP Ipaq H1915 can be used to run the Compact Framework (and SQL
Server CE Edition) on ?

Specs: Intel processor PXA250 (200 Mhz), Pocket PC2002 professional, 64 MB
SDRAM 16 Mb NAND Flash
