It looks as if it's only for files and folders. i.e., you won't be
able to backup the "system" per se.

This i used to "automate" a "copy / paste" burn method of copying
files to CD only. I have yet to see it burn to DVD (other than the UDF
DVDs or DVD-RAM.)
