When I login, the following window comes up

"Common client user session has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenence". It gives the following options: Send error report or Don't send

I have two XP home computers connected to a router gateway which is connect to a cable modem. I have run the network wizard on both computers. One computer can get on the internet. The other one can not. Each computer can see only itself through My Network Connections. I want to be able to get on the internet from both computers and see both computers on the network. Any ideas

Thanks
Larry

Got Norton Antivirus on the PC with the error? You may need to uninstall
and reinstall it, or check with Norton for assistance.
