Comment out in Startup Folder?

I was wondering if there was
was a way of commenting out
a shortcut in the startup folder?
I would like to avoid removing
and then adding back a line.

Why not drag it out to another folder?
That way you can drag it back again.

Another option is to use Msconfig.
(Start-Run-MSCONFIG-Startup tab)
