comment a word/line/paragraph

hi ,

I have written some text in the word document (an aspx code) as the is not
accoding to the text which can be written in word (for example
(RejectionRemarks))
so a red underline comes under this text ....as i have load of codes so i
cant even add all to directory ..even if i add it will remain at my end ..
not at the other user end... so jst wanted to knw is there any way by which i
can comment this word/line/paragraph so that the red underline doesnt come
.......

as i have loads of code so the document is lookin very very dirty ...

you want to assign "no language" to the text, and/or no proofing.

For code in a otherwise structured document, I recommend using a style.
From the built-in ones of Word, you could use "Plain Text" or "HTML
Preformatted" and adjust it (language=none and, if necessary, font size).

thanks a lot it is really helping me ....jst have to selct " Do not check
spellin or grammar " again for every paragraph ...

anyways ill try to figure out how to make it work for all selection

As Robert has suggested, you should incorporate the "Do not check spelling
and grammar" property in the style you are using for these code samples.
